Dear members and colleagues of the healthcare simulation community,
Greetings, I am George Wong, an academic neurosurgeon in the Chinese University of Hong Kong. I am pleased to be elected for a new term of president of the Hong Kong Society of Simulation in Healthcare earlier this year. COVID-19 had hit us unexpectedly and unpreparedly in early 2020, leading to a halt of activities of the Society. The newly elected council has started the planning of simulation operation courses and the major annual events of Annual Scientific Meeting in September 2023. The membership fees of the year 2020-2022 are waived for the reasons above. Another exciting development is our online social media platforms. We look forward to connecting you in our social media and virtual and face-to-face activities soon.
